Steven R. Ward, PE

Steven Ward began his career while still attending college at Texas A&M University. After graduating and having worked for two of the top engineering companies in the country, Steven and partner Ryan Getz set out on their own to form Ward, Getz & Associates, LLP. In just seven years, WGA has built an impressive portfolio with projects across the United States. With 18 years of land development experience, Steven has worked on a wide range of project types, sizes, and locations. This extensive project knowledge gives him the ability to effectively assess the specific needs of each unique project in order to deliver the highest quality of work and client satisfaction.

Ryan Getz, PE

As Partner of WGA, Ryan Getz has more than 14 years of experience in engineering design and consulting. His wide range of experience has exposed him to nearly every project type, giving him a vast knowledge of permitting requirements for various city and municipal agencies. Ryan is a strong leader and emphasizes quality and customer service. Because of these core values he has instilled in his employees, WGA continues to grow and compete with the top firms in the area.

Stephanie Anderson, PE, LEED® AP

Since joining WGA in early 2012, Stephanie Anderson has proven herself to be a strong leader and valuable asset by consistently delivering the highest quality of work and service to her clients. Due to her diligence and impeccable work ethic, she was named a Partner of WGA in January of 2013. Stephanie currently manages a number of projects at WGA, including two site modifications in the Houston Medical Center. She assists clients with multiple types of developments such as single and multi-family residential, retail, office, and industrial projects. In addition to providing site planning, project development, and design services, Stephanie is also a LEED® AP and has worked on numerous projects achieving LEED® certification or higher. Her knowledge, experience, and dedication to serve clients make her a fundamental member of the WGA team.
