With a robust career span of over 14 years, Anser has honed his skills in both the public and private sectors, delivering innovative solutions for complex land development and drainage projects. His extensive expertise encompasses the entire project lifecycle, including initial planning, design, permitting and construction management. Anser has worked on a variety of projects countrywide including Hydrology & Hydraulics analysis, design of storm sewer, potable water distribution system and wastewater collection system, site grading, roadway design, as well as developing PS&E. Anser has a strategic and detail-oriented approach, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Anser has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated with various stakeholders, and navigated complex regulatory landscapes to achieve project milestones on time and within budget. His commitment to sustainable development is reflected in the innovative solutions he provides, prioritizing environmental stewardship and infrastructure resilience.
