CHRIS ROZNOVSKY, P.E.
PRACTICE LEADER
Chris Roznovsky joined WGA in 2021, bringing over nine years of Civil Engineering experience, mainly in the Municipal and Special District sector. Chris served as City Engineer for the City of Montgomery and has served as District engineer for multiple District’s throughout the Houston area including Montgomery County UD No. 3, Oakmont PUD, Northampton MUD, Rankin Road West MUD, and various others. Chris performed plan & plat reviews for developments; coordination with potential & current developers; preparation of utility & economic feasibility studies; management of water & wastewater permits; and preparation of major and minor TCEQ applications.
Chris has also completed project design and construction management for municipal water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, street paving, waterline replacement & upsizing, sanitary sewer evaluation & rehabilitation, and drainage products. He also has experience with various state, federal, and private entities to obtain necessary funding and approvals, including the Texas Department of Agriculture, TxDOT, Texas General Land Office, TCEQ, Texas Water Development Board, and FEMA.
