Amegy Bank’s 350,000 SF headquarters is located on four acres at 1717 W. Loop South, the former home of the Micro Center. Amegy moved its corporate offices and its Galleria banking center to the new 15-story commercial office building.
WGA was selected to provide civil engineering services for the project which included coordination with the City of Houston on drainage for the site, establishing an appropriate finished floor elevation, and coordination of demolition and relocation of existing utilities. Additionally, WGA provided design services for on-site storm, sanitary sewer, water, and traffic engineering.
