This project is located on approximately 75 acres of land in southwest Houston at the northeast corner of Beltway 8 and Fort Bend Toll Road. The Class A, master-planned business park is capable of accommodating approximately 950,000 SF of light manufacturing and distribution space.

Phase I consisted of more than 350,000 SF and 240,000 SF cross-dock building. WGA provides civil design for the public infrastructure to serve the entire development and civil engineering plans for three buildings within the development.
