Houston-based civil engineering consulting and land development firm, Ward, Getz & Associates, LLP (WGA) recently expanded its Houston headquarters, nearly tripling its space. WGA worked with a team of local firms to design and construct the 4,380 SF to 11,347 SF expansion, adding two new internal offices and 24 work spaces. Looking toward future growth, WGA now has room to add 20 new team members.
HOUSTON – NAIOP, the preeminent organization for commercial real estate, awarded its national Developing Leaders award this week to ten young professionals – two of whom were from Houston. Stephanie Anderson, partner at Ward, Getz & Associates, LLP (WGA) and Jake Donaldson, principal of Three Square Design Group, were honored to be recipients. The Developing Leaders award was given to those who distinguish themselves among their peers and show promise as industry leaders.
WGA is proud to announce that Partner, Stephanie Anderson, PE, LEED AD was selected for NAIOP’s prestigious “Developing Leaders Award”. The Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) selected 10 young professionals to receive its coveted 2014 Developing Leaders Award. Given to up-and-coming professionals under the age of 35 who have distinguished themselves among their colleagues and show great promise as future industry leaders, the award will be presented at Development ‘14: The Meeting for Commercial Real Estate, October 27-29 in Denver, Colorado.
