Century Square will be a medium-density complex; +200,000 SF of shopping, dining and entertainment space, two hotels, a modern office building, a mid-rise apartment complex and parking structures spread out over 59 acres. WGA has provided site civil design services for the development which includes coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation for the approval of deceleration lanes along University Drive and College Avenue. The roadway design included modifications to the existing drainage infrastructure, and identification of allowable design discharges associated with the stormwater runoff from the development.
