WGA provided civil engineering design services for the re-configuration of the courtyard area for the GreenStreet development. Working with the landscape architect, WGA identified site constraints and existing opportunities concerning grading and drainage for the site to facilitate the ultimate landscape design.

The GreenStreet project comprises 4.01 acres of office, shopping, and restaurant complexes located in downtown Houston. Located within three city blocks of the Discovery Green Park, the George R. Brown Convention center, and the Toyota Center, GreenStreet features an urban linear park within dynamic green space nestled within existing buildings. The re-designed courtyard area includes several new water features and tree planters.
