WGA was selected to provide civil engineering consulting on the long-awaited renovation of the 5.6-acre Levy Park in the Upper Kirby District. Updates included an improved community garden, expanded dog park, event lawn, and performance pavilion, children’s play area, activity lawn with outdoor games, and an interactive water feature. WGA also worked with Midway on the development that surrounds the park, encouraging foot traffic. The Kirby Grove development includes a 270-unit, midrise residential tower with outdoor deck space and a parking garage. There is also a nearly 250,000 SF building for Class-A office space with ground-floor retail and restaurants with outdoor patios.
