In memory of Ken Sheblak, a dedicated Senior Hydrologist and friend who served at WGA and the broader civil engineering industry for over 30 years, we would like to share the establishment of the Ken Sheblak Memorial Scholarship. Ken left behind a legacy of kindness, intellect, and commitment that we aim to honor through this scholarship in his name.

The Ken Sheblak Memorial Scholarship will support aspiring civil engineers majoring in hydrology and hydraulics, where Ken’s expertise and leadership made a lasting impact.
