This project consists of developing a 125,000 GPD package sewer treatment plant. The proposed wastewater treatment facility will serve the following subdivisions: Fairway Farms, Black Oak, Brandy Villas, Enclave at Dobbin, Grove Landing, Mill Creek, and unallocated future connections.

Activated sludge process plant operated in the conventional mode. Treatment units will consist of three treatment trains each of which will include bar screen, aeration basin, final clarifier, aerobic sludge digester, and a chlorine contact chamber.

• Average Daily Flow MGD: Daily average flow not to exceed 0.375 MGD and final phase flow daily average not to exceed 0.625 MGD
