WGA is proud welcome Coy Armstrong as the leader of our San Antonio office, overseeing the Central Texas Site Development department. With nearly 30 years of experience in civil engineering in San Antonio and the surrounding region, Coy will be instrumental in continuing the success and growth of WGA.

The San Antonio office plays a key role in delivering innovative, cost-effective design solutions across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and residential development. As we focus on the dynamic Central Texas market, Coy’s leadership will enhance WGA’s ability to serve clients and meeting the evolving needs of the region.

Coy will oversee the day-to-day operations of the San Antonio office, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and align with WGA’s standards. He will also play a pivotal role in business development and leading efforts to reach financial targets for our Central Texas Site Development group.

In addition to his extensive professional experience, Coy has been actively involved in the local engineering community, having held leadership roles, including President of the local chapters of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio, American Society of Civil Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, and Professional Engineers in Private Practice.
